Question: Is there a minimum age requirement to participate in the tour?

Answer: No, but passengers must notify us if any of the participants are under the age of 8 to ensure proper accommodations for a safe experience. Passengers under the age of 8 must be in either a child booster seat or a rear-facing baby seat if the child is under the age of 2.

Question: Can we choose a specific car for our tour?

Answer: You have the option to upgrade your vehicle for a different option at check-out. You are also given an array of choices to substitute the base vehicle at no extra cost. Please make sure to read the full product description to see the base vehicle for each of our tour options. The base vehicle may also be upgraded in person when you arrive for your tour, as long as the vehicle is available and prepped for tours.

Question: How many passengers can fit in each car?
Answer:
All the base vehicles offered in our tours have factory seating for up to four

passengers. However, for the best experience, we recommend three passengers.

Our two-door coupe options are designed for only one passenger. Other sedans may only allow for three passengers if they have an executive configuration. The number of passengers each vehicle can carry is listed in the respective vehicle's upgrade/substitute description.

Question: Are refunds available if we need to cancel our booking?

Answer: Refunds will not be issued if your tour is canceled within seven days of your scheduled departure, including bookings made within the seven-day cancellation window. Weather- or street closure-related cancellations will not receive a refund if your tour has already been rescheduled prior. You will not receive a refund if you do not show up for your tour.

Question: Can I drive? Is this a vehicle rental?

Answer: This is a sightseeing tour, not a car rental. Only our drivers are allowed to operate the vehicles.

Question: Is my reservation time the departure time?

Answer: The reservation time slot chosen at check-out is when your group is required to check in. It is NOT the time your tour begins. Wait times may vary. Upon arrival at the facility, our staff members will check you in and add you to the queue. They will inform you of the queue time if there is a wait.

Question: Do I have to wear my seatbelt?

Answer: Yes, all passengers must adhere to the standard laws of the road. All passengers in motorized vehicles are legally required to wear seatbelts when riding in motor vehicles in the state of Illinois. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.

Question: Is the tour suitable for individuals with disabilities?

Answer: We make every effort to ensure that everyone has the best tour experience possible. However, we ask that all disabilities that may affect an individual’s safety or enjoyment during the tour be disclosed at least 24-48 hours in advance so we can make the proper preparations to ensure both the safety and comfort of everyone involved.

It is the responsibility of passengers to inform us of any health or mobility concerns they have that may affect their ability to safely participate in the tour.

Question: What if there’s bad weather?

Answer: We strive to provide the best experience possible. In the event of unsafe road conditions, patrons will have the option to reschedule for a later date at no additional cost (our drivers have the final call in determining if road conditions are safe enough to operate). Patrons are only entitled to a refund if they purchased “tour insurance,” in which case they will be refunded the cost of the tour and any options, minus the cost of the tour insurance.

Question: What if there's a lot of traffic or street closures?

Answer: We reserve the right to alter the route to ensure that all tours stay on schedule. This may result in the exclusion of some or all of the major tour sites listed on each respective tour page. Please confirm the tour route with our staff at check-in or on the day of your tour.

Question: Will we see all of the landmarks listed?

Answer: Yes, as long as there are no street closures, heavy traffic, or events that may limit the driver’s ability to make it to each location listed. Please contact us on the day of your tour if you’d like to confirm which sites will be seen that day. We reserve the right to alter tour routes in the event of inclement weather, heavy traffic, or street closures that may affect safe travel to these locations.

Question: What is included in the tour package?
Answer:
Each tour includes a professional driver, VIP treatment, and optional add-ons

like photo ops and merchandise. Custom requests are available for an additional fee.

Question: Can I request a specific route?
Answer:
Custom routes are available upon request. Let us know your preferences, and

we will tailor the experience to your desires. ALL CUSTOM ROUTES NEED TO BE APPROVED AND PAID FOR PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR DEPARTURE.

Question: Is parking available at the pick-up location?
Answer:
Yes, parking details will be provided upon booking confirmation. FREE PARKING

IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. PAID CITY PARKING IS AVAILABLE SECONDS FROM THE FACILITY.

Question: What should I wear for the tour?
Answer:
We recommend comfortable attire suitable for the weather and photo

opportunities.

Question: Is gratuity included in the tour price?
Answer:
In-order to provide a high level of service a small gratuity fee is included in all

reservations. However, it is still common practice to tip drivers if they exceed your expectations.

Question: Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?
Answer:
All fees are disclosed at checkout. Any optional upgrades or custom

requests will be clearly outlined in the final price.

Question: What happens if the vehicle I booked is unavailable?
Answer:
In the rare event your selected vehicle is unavailable, we will provide an

equivalent or upgraded option at no additional cost.

Question: How are your drivers selected and trained?
Answer:
All drivers are professionally trained and vetted to ensure a safe, luxurious

experience.

Question: What safety measures do you have in place?
Answer:
We adhere to all state road safety laws and maintain our vehicles to the

highest standards. Safety for our passengers is always our top priority.

Question: How is the final price determined?
Answer:
Prices are based on the vehicle chosen, tour duration, route, and any

added services or customizations. All costs are detailed upfront to ensure full transparency.

Question: What if I need to modify my booking?
Answer:
You may modify your booking up to seven days before the tour. Any

changes within this window are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Question: Can I tour multiple cities in one booking?

Answer: Multi-city tours are available upon request, and custom pricing will apply based

on the duration and vehicle selection. All custom tours must be approved, and paid for prior to your tour date.

Question:  How long do the tours last?

Answer: Tour durations vary depending on the route and package selected.

Typically, tours range from 1 to 2 1/2 hours.

Question: Can I book a tour for a special occasion?
Answer:
Absolutely! We offer bespoke tours for birthdays, anniversaries,

proposals, and more. Custom packages are available to suit your needs.

Question: Is a deposit required for booking?
