Pickup And Return

Option 1: DS Luxury Location

On your way to your local DS Location, communicate with your dedicated concierge so we can ensure the vehicle is fully ready for you.

Upon your arrival, a concierge will greet you and finish any last paperwork. We will also process any outstanding account holds.

You’ll then be introduced to your vehicle and we’ll answer any questions about driving and navigation, help connect your phone.

On the day of your return notify your concierge your ETA

Upon your arrival, you can hand over the keys and you're then free to leave to your next adventure.

The DS Luxury team will then go through our Checkin Process and process your Security Deposit return within 72 hours in most cases.

DS Luxury is glad to facilitate the pickup or delivery of a vehicle to your chosen location.

Our members enjoy complimentary pickup and delivery services to most locations.

All other clients have access to no-cost pickup and delivery within 15 miles of a DS Luxury Location.

Outside of this 15-mile radius, your concierge will provide a quote for additional costs.

It is quite common for DS Luxury to bring vehicles to your residency, airport, or business affair.

All paperwork must be completed before a DS Luxury porter can depart from a location and services are subject to the availability of team members.
